How The Ritual Rewards works.
Check in
When you arrive for your appointment, scan the QR code in-salon or enter your mobile number on the check-in screen. If it’s your first visit, we’ll create your Ritual Rewards profile in seconds.
Earn points & visits
You’ll earn points for every eligible appointment, plus we keep track of your total visits. To keep things fair, points and visits are limited to one per person per calendar day.
Unlock rewards
As your points grow, rewards unlock automatically — from complimentary treats and service add-ons to birthday surprises and anniversary gifts. You can view your available rewards anytime.
Redeem in-salon
Rewards are redeemed by our team during your appointment, so you never need to worry about codes or coupons. Just let us know you’d like to use one.
Refer a friend
Share your personal referral link with friends. When they complete their first genuine appointment, you’ll earn bonus points and they’ll receive a welcome reward. Every referral is reviewed by our team to keep the program fair.
