A little disclosure — a very relaxed cat calls this place home. She's incredibly friendly and has absolutely no concept of personal space — she'll likely greet you at the door and make herself comfortable nearby.

Salted caramel

A thick, gooey brown butter cookie filled with a soft salted caramel centre, topped with more caramel and a pinch of flaked sea salt.
- Ingredients:
- Wheat flour, butter (milk), brown sugar, white chocolate chips (soy, milk), caster sugar, cream, egg, raising agents (baking powder, baking soda), vanilla, salt.
- Allergens:
- Contains wheat (gluten), milk, egg, soy. May contain traces of tree nuts.
- Storage:
- Store sealed in a cool, dry place. Enjoy within 5 days for best freshness. Warm slightly before serving for a gooey centre.
Almond croissant

Buttery, bakery-style cookie filled with almond frangipane and finished with toasted flaked almonds and a dusting of icing sugar — like your favourite pastry in cookie form.
- Ingredients:
- Wheat flour, butter (milk), white chocolate chips (soy, milk), brown sugar, almond meal, caster sugar, egg, almond flakes, raising agents (baking powder, baking soda), salt, icing sugar.
- Allergens:
- Contains wheat (gluten), milk, egg, soy, almonds. May contain traces of tree nuts.
- Storage:
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days due to the almond filling. Bring to room temperature before serving.
Dietary note: cookies contain gluten, dairy, egg and soy. Not suitable for guests with nut allergies. Baked in a home kitchen that also handles other tree nuts — please let me know of any allergies when ordering.
