Securing Your Appointment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit will be deducted from your final service total.

Appointment Confirmation

Appointments are confirmed once your deposit has been paid, your client details have been completed, and a valid payment method has been provided (where applicable).

Choosing Your Service

Please ensure you select the correct service and Design Tier when booking. If you're unsure which appointment best suits your needs, please reach out before booking. Inspiration photos should be sent through as early as possible to allow adequate planning and pricing.

Nail Health & Safety

Please advise of any nail infections, allergies or sensitivities, injuries to the hands or nails, or medical conditions that may affect the service. This allows me to ensure your appointment can be completed safely. Services may be declined if nail conditions present a risk to your health or compromise the quality of the service.

Studio Information

The Self Care Suite is a private home-based studio. The studio address will be provided upon confirmation of your booking. To respect the privacy of the space, please do not share the address with others.

Additional Guests

To maintain a calm and focused environment, additional guests, children and pets are not permitted unless approved prior to your appointment.

Timing

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service, modification of the original design, or rescheduling where necessary.

Upon Arrival

Please drive slowly up the driveway (maximum 20km/h) and park behind the Jimny on the left-hand side. Remain in your vehicle and send a quick message to let me know you've arrived — I will come out to greet you when ready. These steps help maintain client privacy and allow appointments to run smoothly throughout the day.

By Appointment Only

The Self Care Suite operates by appointment only. Please respect that this is a private home-based studio designed to provide a calm, comfortable and relaxing experience for every client.

Please Note

A cat resides on the property. Clients enter and remain on the premises at their own risk. The Self Care Suite is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.

When Payment is Due

Payment is required on the day of your appointment.

Accepted Methods

Tap-to-Pay, Bank Transfer, Card on File, and Exact Cash.

Additional Services

Any additional services, upgrades or design changes requested during your appointment must be paid for on the day.

Within 24 Hours

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to secure a future booking.

No-Shows

No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service.

Repeated Occurrences

Repeated late cancellations, rescheduling requests or no-shows may result in future bookings being declined.

Refunds

Due to the nature of beauty services, refunds are not offered.

Workmanship Concerns

If you experience an issue relating to workmanship, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment, including clear photos where possible. Where appropriate, a complimentary repair may be offered.

Repair Fees

Repairs requested outside this period, or damage caused by wear, accidents, picking, biting, improper aftercare or external trauma, will incur a repair fee.

Custom Artistry

While inspiration photos are welcomed, exact replicas cannot be guaranteed. Every set is custom-created and may vary slightly based on nail shape, length, proportions and artistic interpretation.

Reserved Right

The Self Care Suite reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service where these Terms & Conditions are not respected, a health or safety concern exists, the requested service is deemed unsuitable, or inappropriate behaviour is displayed.

Longevity of Your Nails

Proper aftercare plays a significant role in the longevity of your nails.

Not Responsible For

The Self Care Suite is not responsible for lifting, breakage or damage resulting from improper aftercare, picking, biting or removal of product, external trauma or accidents, or failure to follow aftercare recommendations.
